Those who wish to wander in a neglected park (almost a forest) should go to Tashansky Park. The history of its foundation is linked with the names of outstanding figures of the past such as P.Rumiantsev-Zadunaysky, M.Galitsin, A.Gorchakov. Once there was a palace here; today an age-old chestnut alley leads to the place where it stood. Of old surviving buildings remained only “red gatehouse.” However, picturesque landscapes may be of interest to those who love roaming about in the woods and gullies in spring or golden autumn. From Pereyaslav skansen you drive through Mala Karatul’ to Tashani. The park is situated in the southeast of the village.
